Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage multilayer blown film extrusion lines while maintaining production, quality and safety standards. The role also provides technical guidance, training and skills transfer to production staff.
Operate and control 3-layer blown film extrusion machines.
Set up machinery and optimise process parameters.
Monitor film quality, thickness and output consistency.
Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime.
Supervise shifts and ensure safe work practices.
Train and develop junior and local production employees.
Coordinate with maintenance teams on mechanical issues.
Maintain production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

– Technical qualification in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field will be an advantage.
