Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of annual borrowing plans and cash flow projections.
Monitor government cash resources and liquidity positions.
Manage government debt and ensure timely repayment of obligations.
Advise management on cash and debt options, instruments and implications.
Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders on government cash and debt matters.

Requirements

An appropriate recognized B-Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF L7 plus nine (9) years appropriate experience of which five (5) years should be at a supervisory level (Grade 6/ middle management).
Proper understanding of government debt and cash management, financial management.
Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury instructions, and other relevant financial legislation.
Excellent planning, organising and coordinating skills.

Salary

N$ 532,449 – N$ 636,324 per annum
