CREDITORS CLERK – Windhoek Country Club Resort & Casino

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and captures invoices from various departments into Accpac on a daily basis.
• Ensure that invoices are posted to the correct General Ledger codes.
• Ensure that invoices are matched by approved Purchase Orders, Capex approvals and / or Non-Routine approvals.
• Ensure that the AP age analysis is reconciled regularly and that any and all amounts owing older than 30 days are actioned and resolved.
• Reconciles all creditors, monthly accounts ensuring invoices captured are correct and that they balance to the statement sent by the suppliers.
• Prepare EFT payments.
• Ensure that the Cash Book Clerk reconciles the cash book on a weekly basis and that same balances to bank statements at that time.
• Be responsible for the reconciliation of all cash and bank balance sheet accounts, inclusive of cash clearing accounts.

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a creditors clerk.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Accpac.
