Job Description
To collect outstanding debts due as per Credit Control Policy.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Scrutinize accounts for disconnection as per credit control policy.
Ensure reconnections are executed as per credit control policy.
Client service and credit control.
Quality Assurance.
Prepare and dispatch final notice on active accounts.
Negotiate deferments on default accounts.
Coordination of the work/activities of Disconnection officers.
General Administration.
Skills, Experience & Education
Grade 12 (with 20 points /5 subject in 5 subject with a E symbol in English) with two (2) years credit control/debt management and collection experience.
