‘ Grade 12 and are a qualified CMAand registered with a professional Institute.
* 5 years’ experience as a Cost Management Accountant in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
* Excellent knowledge of: Income Tax laws, GAAP, company law.
* A strong background in financial and cost / budget management.
* Can formulate strategies and operationalize the strategies.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Use own initiative and take quick decisions independently.
* Can present and communicate information.
* Analytical and detail conscious.
* Forward thinking and dynamic.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Deliver on results in time.
* Work under pressure and be able to adapt to change.
* Multi-linguistic with excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and NAV) on an advanced level.
* High verbal and numeric ability.
* Namibian citizen with a valid driver’s license.

And wish to execute the following responsibilities:
* Analyze the company’s historical financial data to estimate future costs and revenues.
* Create budgets and prepare internal reports.
* Interpret financial information to make business decisions.
* Provide business data and analysis to all managers.
* Analyze cost and revenues.
* Provide monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
* Involved in cost analysis, cost reduction projects, competitor analysis, variance analysis strategic planning and long and medium-term planning.
* Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system.
* Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
* Inventory.
* Liaise with all managers and external stakeholders
