TotalEnergies EP Namibia is seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to organize, manage and control goods and services procurement activities related to general services and technical assistance scopes. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the contractual strategies within established frameworks. The role will involve close collaboration with suppliers, SMEs, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- For general services perimeter and technical assistance needs, define and execute contractual and tender strategies with internal stakeholders, as required.
- Ensure applicable Local Content requirements are integrated into sourcing strategies & contract awards.
- Proactively propose framework contracts and innovative commercial solutions.
- Contribute to bid analyses, lead/participate in negotiations, and ensure clear allocation of responsibilities.
- Draft, review and finalize contractual documents.
- Identify and prequalify vendors.
- Participate in supplier performance and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (business school or equivalent).
- Experience: 3-5 years in contracts within the industry (Mining, Oil and Gas or other Heavy Industry). International experience required.
- Strong professionalism, rigor and integrity. Structured approach, and ability to meet deadlines. Coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English, and high standards of ethics, discretion, diplomacy and reliability.
