The Construction Supervisor will oversee site execution, manage teams and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, interpret construction drawings, and ensure timely project delivery with quality. The ideal candidate should work independently and report to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years proven site supervisory experience
Strong ability to read, interpret and apply construction drawings
Practical knowledge of site layouts, levels and quality control
Proven ability to manage labour and subcontractors
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Strong reporting and communication skills
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Email)
Valid Code B driver’s license
Willing to travel nationally
Clean criminal record
Experience in the oil & gas / fuel industry
Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management
Experience in fuel station projects or industrial works
Knowledge of civil, piping or structural works
