Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining records for audits. You may also liaise with suppliers for spare parts procurement.
How does workplace culture and hierarchy typically function for foremen in Namibian construction companies?
Namibian construction sites generally respect clear hierarchical structures with foremen reporting to site managers or project engineers.
