Key Responsibilities

Effective control of received stock
Regular and correct filing of waybills
Correct administrating of firearms dispatch & receiving register
Ensures that stock is up to date (checking expiry dates and quantities)
Ensures that the goods receiving process is followed
Responsible for taking note of damaged stock
Responsible for initiating returns
Responsible for handling all aspects of the till if and when required
Responsible for verifying payments on account

Requirements

Namibian citizenship
Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (Old Curriculum)
3 years related experience
Computer literacy (Sage X3 and computerised point of sale)
Proficiency in English
A valid driver’s license
