THE ROLE OF THE POSITION

Reporting to the CEO and serving as an engaged member of the leadership team, we seek an experienced professional who will have a primary focus overseeing operational and administrative functions. The position requires hands-on work to build out the structure of the Foundation as both a disburser and implementer; and ensure that projects are successfully executed upon from planning through to final handover. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who enjoys variety, complexity and a wide range of responsibilities, has the ability build relationships and maintain accountability with a wide range of stakeholders, be very structured and organized and have a passion for Corporate Social Investment.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Serve as a member of the organization’s leadership team, supporting the CEO and other leadership by overseeing the effective execution of initiatives
Provide oversight to all operational and administrative functions:
Finance
Office management
Project execution
Digital asset (archives) of project information
Human resources
Performance management
Participate in and lead the development and maintenance of all policies and procedures

PERSON SPECIFICATION (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

Tertiary qualification
Prior operational, administrative and managerial experience
10 years work experience
