Key Performance Areas:
To lead the deck department in maintenance and safety activities and ensure the safe navigation of the ship dunng watchkeeping.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• S4 Higher National Diploma in Maritime Studies
• A Valid STCW ”78 Chief Navigating Officer Certificate of Competency
• GMDSS Certificate and valid Ancillary courses
• Five (5) years relevant experience at 2nd Navigation Officer Level, preferably with some experience on a production/ prospecting vessel
