- An appropriate B-Degree or Equivalent qualification on NQF Level 7 and registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing Council of Namibia plus four years’ appropriate experience, of which two (2) years’ experience on the level of Senior Health Programme Officer Grade 7 or equivalent.
