HopSul Solar Power is an Engineering Prucurenienl and Construction and Opera lion and Maintenance subsidiary oi Alpha Namibia Industries Renewable Energy Power Ltd (AN1REP Limited) and provides turn key solutions for designing, building, operating and maintaining photovoltaic solar powei plants. HopSol is a technology leadei fui un-and off-grid solar power plants, fuel save controllers, storage solutions as well as solar diesel hybrid systems.

Purpose of Position

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible forthe development of long term strategic objectives, business plans and governance policies. The CEO is responsible tor the financial management, business development, project conceptualization, liaison with government authorities, securing approvals and manage and execute power purchase agreements and all other legal obligations of the company.

Education and years of Experience

• An Honors Degree In Electrical Engineering. Engineering or related energy or technical field
• An MDA with a specialization financial management
• At least 12 years – experience in the energy sector and particularly in the Solar and Renewable Energy sector, with a minimum of five years of Senior leadership experience at a large utility or energy provider.
