Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repairs tasks on company gas installations and equipment including sites of customers, Agents and partners
- Complete the monthly maintenance job cards from SAP timeously
- Travel extensively country wide
- Be on standby by to assist with any emergency breakdowns after hours
- Assist with projects of bulk gas installations, manifold systems and pipelines
- Identify appropriate design solutions to meet our customer process demands and develop cost effective proposals.
- Scope, cost, and prepare project installation proposals.
- Identify, prepare, and submit all required project documentation including Risk Assessment Method Statements, installation test packs and comprehensive handover documentation.
- Work collaboratively and provide technical support to the Sales team.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities on company owned equipment located on customer sites.
- Coordinate all project execution plans.
Requirements
- Degree/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid driver’s license code “B”
- Fluent in English, read, write and speak
- At least 3 years working experience
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
