ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER – Metro 1 view

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately processing Creditors’ Invoices, Payroll Statutory Deductions and Third-Party Bills into the Accounting System.
• Collate all Statements from suppliers on time during the month.
• Performing Accurate Reconciliations.
• Support Stores with Supplier Claims and Account-Related Queries.

Requirements

• 3-year Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or a Finance-Related Field.
• Minimum of 1 year of Creditors’ Experience.
• A Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Mathematical and Financial Management Skills.
• You must be able to cope with Long Hours and Handle High Pressure.
• Computer Literate.
• Analytical Skills.
• Namibian Citizen.
