Key Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors, and related control accounts.
• Cashbook management: processing entries and preparing reconciliations
• General Ledger Control and Reconciliations
• Preparation of flash reports and month end reporting requirements.
• Preparation and submission of payment reconciliations
• Liaising with customers on debt collections.
• Maintaining of proper filing records

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate (minimum)
• Proficient in English
• Accounting qualification will be advantageous
• Computer Literate with solid knowledge and experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Minimum of (3) three years related experience
• Namibian citizen or valid work permit
• Energetic and dynamic
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Available to work overtime when required
• Highly developed organisational skills
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• Team player and willing to assist colleagues when required
• Adhering to principles and values
