The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Namibia/Angola is an independent and non-profit making German political foundation, promoting democracy and good governance. KAS is seeking to recruiting an Accountant/Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial administration, reporting, and compliance
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Bookkeeping in our digital booking system (fav2), reconciliations, and procurement oversight
- Support to programme staff and partner organisations
- Coordination of audits and adherence to KAS and Namibian regulations
- General Office Administration
- Pay Roll Management
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with an NGO or donor-funded organisation.
- Knowledge of Namibian financial Regulation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- High integrity, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work fast and independently in an intercultural environment.
- Ability to speak German is an added Advantage.
