Key Responsibilities
- Loading and Deliveries
- Receive GRV’s and POD’s.
- Generate credit notes.
- Update information in connection with damages/shortages daily.
- Responsible for updating the GRV list and Claims list.
- Handle all inquiries in connection with credit notes and claims.
- Responsible for invoicing shortages.
- Any Ad hoc task required by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF4) with 2 years’ experience in an administration environment.
- Or
- A relevant certificate (NQF5) with 1 years’ experience in an administration environment.
- Experience in a Distribution environment will be an advantage.
- Computer literate – Accpac experience will be an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Proficient in English (Written & Spoken).
- Namibian citizen.
