Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage general enquiries and correspondence (email, phone, and walk-ins)
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and refreshments, and place orders when required
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Support management and staff with administrative duties

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Administrator, or similar
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (Afrikaans or German advantageous)
• High school diploma (additional administrative training advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with general office equipment (printer, scanner, phone systems)
• Basic computer literacy and administrative skills
