Key Responsibilities
- Organisation und Koordination des Sekretariats der Schulleitung.
- Erste Ansprechperson für Eltern, Lehrkräfte, Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie externe Partner.
- Terminplanung und Korrespondenz der Schulleitung.
- Unterstützung bei Verwaltungs- und Organisationsaufgaben des Schulbetriebs.
- Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben.
Requirements
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Sekretariats- oder Verwaltungsbereich, idealerweise im Schulwesen,
- hervorragende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Büroanwendungen,
- Organisationsgeschick, Diskretion, freundliches und selbstsicheres Auftreten,
- selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
