About The Position: The successful candidate will deliver instruction for our National Certificate in Preventative Health, Occupational Health and Safety in Construction, a vocational course which runs from Level 1- 4, preparing students for careers in workplace health and safety within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions (Levels 1-4)
Develop and update curriculum and assessment tools
Supervise student projects and fieldwork in construction health & safety
Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance
Engage in research and scholarly activities in OHS
Build industry partnerships and support student placements

Requirements

NQF Level 6, National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental/Public Health, or related field
Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and construction safety practices
Experience in risk assessment and hazard management
Teaching/training experience (advantageous)
Professional registration (advantageous)
Excellent communication skills and commitment to academic excellence
