Key Responsibilities
- Pastoral Care: Provide day-to-day care and emotional support for boarding students.
- Supervision: Oversee the daily routines of the boarding house, including mealtimes, study periods, and recreational activities.
- Discipline: Maintain discipline and uphold the school’s rules and standards within the boarding house.
- Academic Support: Monitor academic progress and provide or coordinate additional support where needed.
- Community Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful boarding community.
