Stampriet Village Council seeks the services of suitable qualified and experienced Namibian citizens who are dynamic and has proven abilities to administer and execute their duties and responsibilities within the framework of the Local Authorities Act. 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), as amended and other relevant legislation governing the operations of the Council in the following position:

RequiremeoUs)

• Degree/ Diploma in Pubic Management/ Administration, Business Administration or related field with five (5) years experience in the Local Authority or equivalent management/ supervisory experience in different environments

Key Performance Areas

• Managing and directing the Council’s operations on good governance and accountability principles, Develop and achieving the Council’s strategic vision and goals. Developing and ensuring of financial management, performance and self-sustainability. Policy development and implementation, Supervision and Co-ordination of the works of all Departments and between the Council, Implementation of Council’s Strategic Objectives and decisions, Human Resources Development and Management, Financial Management, Corporate Communication and Customer Care and Accounting Officer in terms of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), as amended.
