Job Title: 1 x Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Reception / Front desk operations
- Sales & customer experience
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts (debtors/creditors exposure is a plus)
- Membership management systems (or ability to learn quickly)
- Scheduling, bookings, and diary management
- Cash handling & POS systems
- Basic reporting (daily sales, attendance, membership stats)
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Namibia & South Africa standard)
- Certificate in Office Administration / Secretarial Studies (NQF level 4-5) or equivalent
- Advantage: Diploma in Office Administration / Business Administration (NQF level 5-6)
- 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience in gym, wellness, or service industry is a strong advantage
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic systems)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Qualification should be recognized by the Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) or SAQA equivalent
- Police clearance
