Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Mind Education lectures, seminars, and workshops
• Develop and adapt educational materials suitable for Namibian and international learners and youth.
• Coordinate youth empowerment and community development programmes
• Represent the Institute in Namibia and liaise with local and international partners, including the Republic of Korea

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or above)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NGO leadership/representation, including international work
• Proven experience in overseas volunteer service and community-based development activities.
• Korean language proficiency at TOPIK Level 4 or above.
• Certification in Mind Education, Character Education, or a related personal development or counselling discipline from a recognised institution.
