Job Description

Investigate and assess all traffic and transportation related issues.

Key Performance Areas

Assess, comment and report on township layouts.

Plan, design and analyze roads and storm systems.

Compile, evaluate and comment on tender process.

Storm water drainage/flood water control.

Project management.

Handle, investigate and report on public queries and comments.

Contract supervision.

Supervise the work/job activities of the staff members in the Section.

Skills, Experience & Education

BSc, B Eng. or B Tech in Civil Engineering or as otherwise required by the Engineering Council of Namibia for the registration of Incorporated or Professional Engineer with three (3) year job related experience after registration as Incorporated Engineer/Professional Engineer. Registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia as Incorporated of Professional Engineer and a valid code B/BE drivers license.
