The recruitment of the Board is done in line with section 8 of the Public Enterprises Governance Act No1 of 2019, and the Estate Agents Act 112 of 1976.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Master’s Degree in Business Management/Strategy/Leadership
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management with 10 Years’ experience and registered Estate Agent
- LLB and admission in the High Court with commercial and contract law experience
- Five (5) years’ experience at senior or executive management level
- Experience as a board member will be an added advantage
- Persons who currently serve on TWO (2) Boards of any Public Enterprise will not be considered
