DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and expertise in all matters related to health, safety and environmental compliance. The Lead HSE Advisor may lead a team of HSE professionals and will work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation to implement and maintain effective HSE programmes and practices.
Candidates should possess the following:
• Be a Namibian Citizen.
• Relevant, applicable Tertiary Qualification.
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum of 15 years proven experience, preferably in a minerals processing or project delivery environment.
