PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To research, design, and execute people programmes & practices aligned to the O&L Group Organisational Development and Talent Strategy to enable Hangana Seafood to achieve its objectives and promote engaging people experiences..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Translate the Group OD and Talent Management & Development Strategy into Hangana Seafood’s OD and Talent Management & Development Strategy.
- Initiate and coordinate the process of organisational design to ensure effective organisational structuring to address business needs.
- Facilitate the job grading/ evaluation process for new and existing positions through Group OD.
- Research, design and implement OD projects, in consultation with the Human Capital Manager and the Group Manager OD, to address operational requirements aligned to the Human Capital and Breakthrough Strategy of the Company.
- Execute the Talent strategy within Hangana Seafood, ensuring management of talent pools and pipelines including succession for critical, strategic, and scarce positions.
- Drive the management of remuneration costs to ensure business sustainability, attraction, and retention of top talent, in line with relevant salary scales and manpower budget.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in OD, Talent and/or learning & development environment.
- Experience and expertise in applying Organisatioanl Development tools and techniques, will be an added advantage.
