What will you do?
Responsible for developing the affluent market portfolio and increasing the Sanlam Holdings Group market share from this portfolio. Takes primary responsibility for the Sanlam Personal Portfolios LISP business in Namibia.
What will make you successful in this role?
Responsible for new business and increased retention of existing collective investment business;
Responsible for profitable annual sales volumes and monthly targets, by directly and actively growing and managing the advisor and broker portfolios;
Develop and implement a business plan for the retail distribution channels;
Implement a support model to facilitate effective and efficient support between the channel, the broker/advisor and the various Sanlam product providers;
Management of administrative duties;
Co-ordinate and maintain effective SLA’s with relevant stakeholders;
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (FIA etc.)
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant qualification in the financial field (B.Comm; Certificate in Financial planning; etc)
3-5 years experience in a client-face/sales role within retail financial services.
Excellent English (verbal & written) language skills; and/or additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage, etc.

Turnaround time
