Oshitenda Industrial and Mining Cc based in Swakopmund
Supplies of products to Industries, Services, and all relevant activities.
Key areas responsibilities
⦁ Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
⦁ Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
⦁ Carrying out dental duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, and memos.
⦁ Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.
⦁ Assist in bookkeeping tasks (processing of supplier invoices, follow-up on payments, and delivery note summaries)
⦁ Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
⦁ Request Quotations when necessary.
⦁ Filling
⦁ Ad hoc duties
Qualifying requirements
⦁ Proven experience as an office administrator.
⦁ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
⦁ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
⦁ Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
⦁ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Sage Pastel
⦁ Qualifications in Administration will be an advantage
