Front Desk Manager

Introduction
Main responsibilities will be the management of the Front of House team, Catering contractors, the Switchboard team, the on-site helpdesk, and the call system. The post holder will have responsibility for managing a large number of staff with varying degrees of functions and duties, and also the management of a number of subcontracted services and relevant staff.

Specification
Must be fully computer literate with thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with ESP Spa booking system an advantage or any software booking system.
Must be able to manage her own time and not be micromanaged.
Must be an individual who strives for service excellence and excels at achieving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
5 years of beauty therapy experience ( CIDESCO and ITEC diploma alternatively either or).
A lead here would be the guest service operators from the cruises or assistant managers from the cruises.
Must be at least 28 years of age.
2 years’ experience in management and customer service role.
Must be a team player that builds unity and synergy amongst the department, a nurturer, strong characteristics with sober habits.
