Spa Guest Relations Officers X4
Hiring Organisation: PROSPECT STAFFING SA
Minimum 3 — 4 years’ front desk operations and guest service experience in related discipline with more related experience.
-Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated and independent. -Proficiency in MS Office applications, typing skill, knowledge of spa software applications are preferred.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of Spoken English + Afrikaans
Responsibilities:
-Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner. -Handling all customer inquiries and Spa bookings in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Following up with members packages.
-Answering telephone calls and reply email inquiries.
- Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests.
-Ensuring smooth running of Spa, helping to maintain Spa clean and tidiness.
-Facilitating monthly sales report and provide clerical support to the team.
Will work 2 shifts daily during this Covid 19 crisis which will be 8 Hours a day.
Will work 4 shifts a week or more when required to
SALARY NEGOTIABLE ON EXPERIENCE :
