What will you do?
Responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Handling of client enquiries effectively and timeously within service level agreement
- The promotion of the Sanlam brand through outstanding client service
- Effective administration of workflow
- Processing of Claims and maintenance of policies
Additional expirience
- Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
Qualification and Experience
Degree or Diploma or Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
