VACANCY
Position and location: Tour Consultant, Windhoek. The successful candidate will be in charge of overseeing stakeholders, offering knowledgeable travel guidance to both current and potential customers, planning custom vacation packages, and making sure that reservations for rental cars go smoothly.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
• Client Consultation Management:
• Coordination of Tour & Vehicle Booking:
• Provision of Marketing and Liaison Services:
Appointment Requirements:
• Education and Experience: Grade 12 and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a tour related role, or, Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism, or any related studies and at least 2 years of appropriate experience.
• Additional requirement: Computer literate, A valid Code B driver’s license, Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in other languages.
