REPRESENTATIVE – Khomas Loyalty Fund

VACANCY 

JOB PURPOSE

Khomas Loyalty Fund is looking for a vibrant and professional Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have good interpersonal skills, we’d love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns at the local level, including product demonstrations and promotional activities.

• Directly interact with potential customers, providing information about products and services, addressing inquiries, and generating leads.

• Capture customer details at events and through other marketing initiatives and passing them on to sales teams.

• Promote brand image and messaging through engaging interactions and visual displays at events.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like event attendance, lead generation, and sales conversion to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

SKILLS:

• Must be willing to travel between towns / areas

• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers effectively

• Passionate about the brand and able to work independently and as part of a team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12

• Must be willing to travel to Windhoek for training

• Short-term Insurance Experience will be an added Advantage
