We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Supervisor to join our service station team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and baking, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking & Baking: Prepare a wide range of high-quality meals and baked goods in line with the menu and customer expectations.

• Staff Supervision & Training: Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Staff Scheduling: Create and maintain efficient staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and adherence to labor regulations.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage of ingredients to avoid wastage.

• Quality Control: Ensure all food products meet high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Conduct regular checks on food preparation and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, baker, or kitchen supervisor.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team effectively.

• Experience with inventory control and ordering systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
