VACANCY
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) is required.
-
A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
-
Minimum 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Administrator, or similar administrative role.
-
Prior experience in a logistics or corporate environment is desirable.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Fluent in English (written and verbal) is required; fluency in Afrikaans is highly desirable.
-
Must demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong attention to detail, high levels of initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-
Must be punctual, discreet, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
