UNIK Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2013 and located at 26 Rensburger Street, Lafrenz, Windhoek, Namibia, specializes in large-scale projects such as road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings, and infrastructure development.

Requirements:

• A B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering

• 10 years’ experience as a Site Agent in Rail construction, earthworks, surfacing

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met

• Coordinating and supervising workers

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain an overview of the entire project while attending to detailed technicalities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Negotiating, supervisory, and leadership skills with the ability to delegate
