About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Walvis Bay, Namibia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, maintaining an external call cycle with clients, and generating quotations. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills to build and maintain relationships with clients while coordinating sales activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and upselling efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Maintain an external call cycle with clients and establish a full week of appointments.

• Generate quotations and liaise with the General Manager regarding orders received.

• Plan and coordinate client visits, appointments, site meetings, and follow-ups.

• Report to the General Manager on all client interactions, travel, and activities in the form of a sales call sheet.

• Compile administrative documents, communications, and reports while liaising with the General Manager regarding job scheduling, resource management, and work landed.

• Follow up with stores/dispatch on product deliveries related to orders received.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an External Sales Representative with a track record of achieving monthly targets.
