SALES SUPERVISOR – Tiger Wheel & Tyre

Core Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

* Provide effective supervision, coaching and performance management to team members in order to offer excellent customer service.
* Review and implement Branch policies and procedures to improve customer experience through high quality repairs and building relationships.
* Develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers.
* Maintain quality workmanship through monitoring uniformed inspection guidelines
* Maintain service department presentation through daily inspections.
* Plan, organise, delegate and follow up on work and projects while considering team skill levels, customer wait times and the availability of parts and equipment.
* Communicate and ensure compliance with company, store and department policies, as well as health and safety programs and regulations.
* Supervising sales and workshop staff on their daily activities
* Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
* Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
* Checking the invoices and picking slips to ensure correct tyres and services are delivered.
* Develop and improve Tiger Wheel & Tyre customer base and sales.

Experience Required:

* Proven track record and experience in Tyre Sales
* Proven track record and experience in Supervisor role & Customer care
* Good interpersonal skills
* Effective communication skills

Minimum Requirements:

* Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
* Valid Driver’s License.
