GRAPHIC DESIGNER – MONGWA DIGITAL

VACANCY

Requirements:

* Based in Windhoek, Namibia
* Demonstrate a unique design style and creative exploration
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
* Well grounded in the Namibian design ecosystem
* Proficiency in digital tools Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Affinity design and Adobe Fresco)

Added Advantage:

Ability to speak and write in any of the following:

* Oshikwanyama,
* Khoekhoegowab
* Afrikaans
* Otjiherero and Rukwangali

Responsibilities:

* Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, aligned with the organization’s mission and brand identity
* Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations
* Translate complex ideas and data into visually compelling infographics, reports, and educational materials
* Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all platforms and projects
* Support UI/UX design efforts for digital platforms and user-centered products
* Stay up to date with design trends and social impact communication practices to inform creative strategies
