Job purposes:

To deliver exceptional customer service to sport betting players/ clients by providing superior sales service and interpreting cliental bet information on the bet ticket.

Responsibilities:

* Attend to clients in a helpful and friendly manner
* Taking customer bets and capturing them on the system and printing betslips
* Reconcile cash -up with daily financial reports
* Explaining the sport betting process to the clients
* Keeping the betshop clean and tidy at all times.
* Making sure that all daily game fixtures are printed out and on the notice board

Requirements and Competencies:

* Preferably a woman
* Computer User Skills
* Grade 10-12
* Namibian Citizen
* Excellent Customer Focus
* Valid police clearance certificate
* Professional And Friendly
* Attention To Detail
