Qualifications

1. Trainees

• NSSCO/NSSCAS certificate, or any tertiary qualification
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is an added advantage

2. Financial Advisors

• NSSCO/NSSCAS
• Minimum 2 years of experience

3. Affluent Financial Advisors’

• NSSCO/NSSCAS
• Minimum 3 years of experience plus a commercial degree or Diploma in Insurance
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
