Role Overview:
As a Rental Agent, you’ll assist customers with inquiries and reservations, ensure vehicles are rental-ready, and deliver exceptional service throughout the rental process. You’ll also support the camping department, fleet supervision duties, support the workshop team and handle the after-hours phone.
Requirements:
•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Computer literacy
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•Willing to work overtime & weekends
•Valid driver’s license & own transport
•Reside in Windhoek
•Grade 12 certificate
•Previous car rental experience is an advantage!
