GC Medical is seeking a vibrant individual interested in pursuing a career in sales in the medical devise industry, based in Windhoek.

Education:

• Health Science qualification: Bachelor of Science advantageous or
• Commerce qualification: Business Management / Administration /

Marketing

Skills and knowledge requirements:
• Administrative strong
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Sound knowledge of exchange rates
• Logical reasoning skills
Key roles and responsibilities:

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Clearly communicate product information to customers.
Leads
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Qualify leads and transfer hot leads to field sales if needed.
Client Service / Customer Care
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM systems).
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Generation

• Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Persuade prospects to purchase by highlighting product benefits.
