Key Responsibilities

Oversee mall operations including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and parking

Ensure buildings, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained

Manage tenant relationships and serve as main liaison

Coordinate transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants

Supervise promotional activities and exhibitions

Approve and oversee maintenance work

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Candidate Profile

• Namibian citizen
• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building/property management
• Additional experience in property management is advantageous
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Proficient in English
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for customer service and brand excellence
• Valid Code B driver’s license
