SENIOR CHEFS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Chef in a reputable kitchen
• Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine
• Proven leadership skills
Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, design menus, maintain hygiene, manage inventory and costs, train junior chefs, and ensure timely meal preparation.
