• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to avoid unexpected failures.
• Provide hands-on technical support for equipment, systems, or machinery.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards, technical specifica- tions, and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty parts, ensuring optimal perfor-

mance.

• Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and equip- ment performance.
• Ensure that all technical work meets company and industry qual- ity standards.
• Perform quality control checks on work completed by junior tech- nicians or contractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service reports, re- pairs, and maintenance activities.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

⚫Diploma in architectural constructio, Mechanical or any related field.

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead technician capacity.
