DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING –

Installing and maintaining:

Setting up, configuring, and maintaining gaming machines, computer systems, hardware, and software

Troubleshooting and repairing:

Diagnosing and fixing issues that may affect a business’s daily operations Providing support:

Helping users with computer-related technical issues

Performing preventative maintenance:

Checking and cleaning workstations, printers, and other peripherals

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be willing to work flexible working hours and go the extra mile.

Proven experience in managing Windows operating system

Strong understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software. Experience in the betting industry is a strong advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Educational and Professional Background:

A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
